If the 14 days have passed by, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund or exchange your order.
When it comes to customization or personalized Gis, the scenario becomes a little different. Once we have your custom logo or name on any of the Gis, we cannot sell to it anyone else.
To quote a few examples of when you would get your money refunded, the scenario could be that you got your order damaged somehow during the shipment process to you, the wrong size was received by you, the color was wrong, or the wrong product was delivered, etc.
Here are a few examples of when you would have to pay for the return shipping; if you ordered the wrong size, item, or color.

Refunds (If valid)

Once an item you wanted to return to us has been received by us, we will notify you of the receipt through an email. Upon the inspection of your order, we will also notify you regarding the approval or the rejection of the refund.
If your refund is approved by us, we will proceed towards depositing the refunded amount to your method of payment, for instance, your credit card, within a certain number of days.

Missing Refunds Or Delay In Refunds

If you have been notified by us that your refund has been processed and you still do not see your money with you, please first contact your bank or your credit card company. It takes some time for the payments to be processed by these services.

Personalized or Customized Products

Any item which has been customized or personalized for you, unfortunately, cannot be refunded. Once any of the product has been customized as per your directions, we cannot sell it to anyone else.

Please note that you would be responsible for the payment of the shipment upon returning your item to us. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If you an entitled to a refund by us, the cost for the return shipping will be deducted from your refund title before being made available to you.
